Information on personal data processing in Fusion Jet s.r.o.

Fusion Jet s.r.o., with its registered office at Uralská 689/7, 160 00 Bubeneč, Company ID: 17671051, File No. C 374795 registered with the Municipal Court in Prague (hereinafter also referred to as “We”), as the controller of personal data, hereby informs you, as a user of the website www.fusion-jet.com, about the processing of personal data and the principles of privacy protection described below, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

Processing of Personal Data of Persons Under 15 Years of Age

Our services and these websites are not primarily intended for persons under the age of 15.
We do not knowingly process personal data of such persons.

 

Scope of Personal Data Processing

When you contact us through the website, by email or by telephone, you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself or your company. Such information may include in particular:

  • your first and last name;

  • company name;

  • address or registered office of the company;

  • company identification number and tax identification number;

  • telephone number; or

  • email address.

If you order our services and become our customer, we may ask you to provide additional necessary information, which may include in particular:

  • information contained in your identity card and travel document, including copies of such documents;

  • residence permits;

  • gender;

  • health condition;

  • billing information;

  • bank details; or

  • other information relating to your transportation requirements.

Our website uses cookies, which are small text files that a website sends to your browser to store information about your visits, such as login details, preferences (language, dark mode) or statistics. This improves the user experience and allows personalization of content or targeted advertising. When you visit the website again, the browser sends these files back to the server.

Specifically, we use:

  • technical and functional cookies, which are necessary for displaying and operating the website;

  • analytical cookies, which help us understand how you use our website; and

  • marketing cookies, which we use for better marketing targeting and displaying more relevant advertisements to visitors of our website.

We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making based on personal data.

 

Purpose of Processing

The data you provide is primarily used so that we can contact you back and provide the information you requested, or for the purposes of concluding a contract and fulfilling our contractual obligations, in particular for providing travel and personal information necessary for the execution of a flight.

Providing personal data for the purposes of fulfilling a contract and responding to your inquiries or requests constitutes a contractual requirement, and failure to provide such data may result in the inability to conclude a contract or respond to your request.

We may also process personal data in order to comply with our legal obligations under the laws of the Czech Republic and on the basis of our legitimate interest (record keeping of services provided, traceability, protection of our company and the enforcement or defense of legal claims).

All personal data is processed in a lawful and transparent manner, and only adequate, relevant and necessary data are collected in relation to the purpose of processing.

In addition, we may use your contact details to send you commercial communications, i.e. to inform you about events, publications, services or offers that we provide and which, in our opinion, may be of interest to you.

You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of receiving commercial communications at any time by unsubscribing via the link in the message or by sending an email request to sales@fusion-jet.com or another address from which you received the communication. Withdrawal of consent will not affect other relationships with us or the processing of personal data necessary for the performance of our contractual obligations.

 

Who Has Access to Your Personal Data

Your personal data will be processed by us as the controller. For the above purposes, we may also transfer your personal data to our subcontractors who process the data on our behalf.

Personal data may be disclosed to:

  • external accounting companies;

  • external law firms;

  • processors providing server, web, cloud or IT services, or our business partners;

  • competent authorities upon request;

  • airlines and aircraft operators;

  • airports and handling companies; and

  • other external service providers according to your service requirements.

Due to the nature of the services provided (related to international air transport), personal data may be transferred to other Member States of the European Union and to third countries (i.e. countries outside the EU).

In the case of transfers to third countries, such transfers are carried out on the basis of contracts with the recipients containing standard contractual clauses required by EU law. Personal data will only be transferred to the extent necessary.

 

Period of Personal Data Processing

Personal data provided for the purpose of performing a contract will be processed for the duration of the provision of our services or the contractual relationship, or for the period required by applicable legal regulations, such as the Accounting Act, the Archiving and Records Management Act or the Value Added Tax Act (most commonly 10 years from the last provision of service, as required by tax regulations).

Other personal data, in particular data provided for responding to inquiries, service requests without concluding a contract, or for sending commercial communications, will generally be processed for 5 years, or until you withdraw your consent.

 

Your Rights Arising from the Processing of Personal Data

In relation to the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:

  • the right of access to personal data;

  • the right to data portability;

  • the right to rectification;

  • the right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”);

  • the right to restriction of processing;

  • the right to object to processing; and

  • the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of personal data.

You may also file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

Right of Access

You may request confirmation at any time as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed and, if so, for what purposes, to what extent, to whom it is disclosed, how long it will be processed, whether you have the right to rectification, erasure, restriction or objection, where the data was obtained from, and whether automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.

You also have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data. The first copy is provided free of charge; for additional copies a reasonable administrative fee may be charged.

Right to Data Portability

Upon your request, we must provide your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or transfer it to another controller.

Right to Rectification

You may request correction or completion of your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.

Right to Erasure

We must delete your personal data if:

  1. it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed;

  2. you have withdrawn your consent;

  3. the processing is unlawful;

  4. you object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds; or

  5. deletion is required by law.

Right to Restriction of Processing

Until any disputed issues regarding the processing of your personal data are resolved, we must restrict processing so that the data may only be stored and used for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

Right to Object

You may object to the processing of your personal data carried out for direct marketing purposes or on the basis of legitimate interest. If you object to processing for direct marketing, your personal data will no longer be processed for this purpose.

 

These Privacy Policy Principles are effective from 1 January 2026.

The controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

The controller reserves the right to unilaterally amend these privacy and personal data processing policies.
