Information on personal data processing in Fusion Jet s.r.o.


Fusion Jet s.r.o., with registered seat at Antala Staška 1859/34, Krč, 140 00 Prague 4, ID: 17671051, C 374795 registered in the Commercial Register at the Municipal Court in Prague (hereinafter also "We"), hereby inform you as a user of the website www.fusion-jet.com of the personal data processing and privacy policy described below.

Processing of personal data of children

Our website is not intended for use by persons under the age of 16. We process personal data of all persons without age limitation.

Scope of personal data processing

When you contact us through the Website, you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself or your company. These data may in particular be:

  1. your first and last name;
  2. name of the company you represent;
  3. address or registered office of the company;
  4. identification number or tax identification number of the company;
  5. telephone number;
  6. email address;

We don't track you on our website, so we only get the personal data that you explicitly provide.

Purpose of processing

We use the data you provide us with in order to contact you back and provide you with the information you have requested, or for the purposes of fulfilling our obligations, i.e. in particular to provide travel and personal information for the flight. All personal data is processed in a legal and transparent manner and only data necessary and relevant in relation to the purpose of processing are required.

We may use your name, surname and e-mail address to send you commercial communications, i.e. to inform you about events, publications or services that we provide and which, in our opinion, may be of interest to you. The provision of personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and the provision of personal data for the purpose of answering your questions are our contractual requirements, and failure to provide them may result in not concluding the contract or not providing answers to your queries.

Furthermore, you can refuse the processing of your personal data for the purpose of sending commercial messages at any time and this will not affect our other mutual relations. To do so, send us an e-mail with the relevant request to sales@fusion-jet.com or to another address from which you received a commercial communication from us.

Who has access to your personal data

We, as the administrator, will process your personal data. We may transfer your personal data to our subcontractors for the above stated purposes.

Personal data may be transferred to:

  • external accountant;
  • external law firms;
  • providers of server, web, cloud or IT services, or our partners;
  • to the relevant authorities, upon request;

Period of personal data processing

We will process your personal data for the period during which we will provide you with our services or fulfill a mutual agreement, or for the period necessary to fulfill archiving obligations according to applicable legal regulations, such as the Accounting Act, the Archiving and Records Act or the VAT Law

Your rights arising from the processing of personal data

In relation to our processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:

  • the right to access personal data;
  • the right to rectification;
  • the right to erasure ("the right to be forgotten");
  • the right to restrict data processing;
  • the right to object to processing;
  • the right to file a complaint about the processing of personal data;

You can file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Personal Data Protection Office (www.uoou.cz).

The right of access (according to Article 15 GDPR) means that at any time you can request our confirmation whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed, and if it is, then for what purposes, to what extent, to whom it is made available, for how long we will process it, whether you have the right to correction, erasure, limitation of processing or to raise an objection, where we obtained personal data and whether automatic decision-making takes place based on the processing of your personal data, including possible profiling. You also have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data, while the first provision is free of charge, for further provision the Intermediary may demand reasonable payment of administrative costs.

The right to correction (according to Article 16 GDPR) means that you can ask us at any time to correct or supplement your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.

The right to erasure (according to Article 17 GDPR) means that we must delete your personal data if (i) it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, (ii) the processing is unlawful, (iii) you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate reasons for processing, or (iv) we are required to do so by law.

The right to restriction (according to Article 18 GDPR) of processing means that until we have resolved any disputed issues regarding the processing of your personal data, we must limit the processing of your personal data so that we can only store it and possibly use it for the purpose of determining, exercising or defending legal claims.

The right to object (according to Article 77 GDPR) means that you can object to the processing of your personal data that we process for direct marketing purposes or for reasons of legitimate interest. If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes.
